Fashion and designing clothes are my big passion in life but traveling is also something that I love doing. I love to experience new places and new people. I have been traveling around Europe pretty much. My next travel plans are to explore South America and Thailand.
After High-School I took a very well needed four year break from school. The break was something that I really needed. I'm happy to be back in school though, I'm more then ready to take in important information and to learn again. I think my writing is pretty good, but like anything else in life it can always be better. I still need to work on my grammar, especially singular and plural. All though I still have things to work on, I feel that I have developed as a writer from being in Professor Ugoretz English 101 class. The writing that we have done in this class have made me more confident as a writer. My goal in this class was from the beginning to work hard and to become a better writer and I believed that I have acomplished that.
Position paper-Jenny Soderquist I have chosen this as the essay that I would like you to grade. I had problems chosing between this essay and my inclass essay. The reason why is because they are both strong essays with strong points about topics that are very important to me. I have decided though, this is the essay that I have chosen. The reason why is because it has a few stronger points then the inclass essay. I feel that my personal examples are stronger. Even though my personal examples are good I could have worked harder on them, maybe added some more. I don't expect you to have the time to read my inclass essay but if you do, please feel free to do so.Thank you.
This is some of my other work I've done, feel free to read them but do not consider them for my grades.

Inclass essay-Jenny Soderquist This is the essay that I was chosing between. It's a very intresting and important topic, something that we all should thing about, especially women.
This is some comments that I recieved from my classmates.

JULIAN VILLANUEVA: Hi Jenny, I've seen that you have being traveling around Europe. For any other reason I think that Sweeden is an amazing place to visit as well as Norway. I would love to go there. You said that you would like to travel to Latin America. I highly recomment Mexico. Mexico is an exiting place to go. Lots of traditions and exotics flavors blend together to create an awesome adventure that you will remember for ever. On the other hand, fashion is a great career to study. I'm sure you will do very well once you finish to study.
